Managements object is to utilize its knowledge and skills with the assistance of partnerships in Labor and with Suppliers to provide an efficient and effective project delivery for contracted services with Atlantic Building Envelope LLC, and to ensure the highest level of professionalism is received by the customer from the organization with an expectation of a positive outcome and a successful project for its clients.

The company is managed by its Principal, Andrew R. Blain, who has 25 years of experience in combination as a business owner-principal for 19+ years and in various management positions all of which are within the Commercial and Industrial Construction Market specific to the applications: Contracting, Pre-Construction Review and Assistance,  Estimating, Balance, Budgets, Proposals, Designs, Procurement, Project and Office Accounting, Finance, Project Management, General and Specific Site Safety Requirements, Logistics, Fabrication, Installation, and the Delivery of Project O&M.

Principal holds the following Degrees and Licenses:

• Associate Degree – Arts and Science.
• Bachelor of Science – Industrial Technology.
• Master of Business Administration – Finance.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (UNRESTRICTED) – Active.
• Massachusetts Sheet Metal License – Active.
• NFA Series 3 Trader/Broker – Admin FINRA – Derivatives, Futures, and Options on Futures – Inactive.
• Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) – Booms and Scissors – Certified
