Atlantic Building Envelope’s employees within the industry trade of roofing and waterproofing are members of the Roofers & Waterproofers Local Union #33; whom, demonstrate skills and professionalism that are The Industry Standard. The geographical area within New England for which local #33 members demonstrate their abilities and professionalism encompasses the state of Rhode Island, Boston MA, Cape Cod and the Islands, to Central and Western Massachusetts; also, to the North, the states of New Hampshire and Maine.
Due to this geographical range, Atlantic Building Envelope “ABE”, can provide the necessary quality installations requested by a customer regardless of scope, scale, and distance.
Local #33’s has been a bedrock in the roofing industry for over 100 years. In partnership, as a signatory contractor, Atlantic Building Envelope with Local #33 shall maintain the highest level of ethics, safety, training, and quality in the execution and completion of contracted work.
Atlantic Building Envelope’s employees have received education and training through the local union and the company.
Atlantic Building Envelope’s employees within the industry trade of sheet metal are members of the Sheet Metal Workers Local #17 (Boston); whom, demonstrate skills and professionalism that are The Industry Standard. The Code of Excellence Program designed for SMWIA Local Unions is established to promote a uniform best practices format for various sheet metal disciplines within and across a number of industries. Specific to Atlantic Building Envelope “ABE”, the discipline within the trade is architectural sheet metal and building envelope metal components which are fabricated and installed to meet specific design and code requirements. A customer of Atlantic Building Envelope can be reassured that they are receiving the highest quality installation from the best provided through years of training from the Local Union.
The employees of Atlantic Building Envelope are provided industry best practices safety training and drug testing through the Local Union. Additional project specific safety training is provided by the company to ensure the work onsite is conducted safely, drug free, and at the highest standard for a quality installation.
